Shipping policy
Domestic Orders
Once your order is received by our warehouse, please allow up to two days for processing. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. Depending on the distance your package must travel to reach you, it can take between 2 to 10 days door to door using USPS.
Since we love communicating with you, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is en route.

International Shipping
Depending on how far your order is traveling, International orders may take up to two weeks for delivery (i.e., customs processing takes time).
Does Mora Cosmetics ship to P.O. Boxes?

Returns
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your products to us within 30 days of purchase. Once the return has been received and processed, we will provide a product refund. The shipping cost is not covered for refunds. Please ship all returns to: Mora Cosmetics, 2830 Delamar Dr., Dublin, CA, 94568.
Note: Any product purchased with a 30% or more discount is considered final sale.
Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to the credit card used to place your original order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your card.
Mora Cosmetics only accepts returns from moraglam.com. If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.
